One (1) Year of technical support is included on products purchased under various standing offers through Conexsys Communications. The Price list for each manufacturer's Standing Offer also lists pricing options for maintenance programs. Identify your program by reviewing your support documentation - it will be a variation of Standard Support or Elite Services.  Email our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) at support@conexsys.net, or call the special TAC telephone hotline provided with your support documentation.

 

Non-Maintenance Customers

If you do not have an existing maintenance program, email us at info@conexsys.net or call us at (888) 509-8452 for more information on how to obtain service without a contract. We can offer you support services on a time & materials basis, or provide you with a proposal for the appropriate support program.
