SLSA's may be used to acquire Goods for any Government Department, Departmental Corporation or Agency, or other Crown entity described in the Financial Administration Act (as amended from time to time), and any other party for which the Department of Public Works and Government Services may be authorized to act from time to time under section 16 of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Act (each a "Client"). Any authorized representative of a Canadian Government Department, Department Corporations or Agency Corporations as defined in the Financial Administrative Act, can purchase under these DISO agreements. Federal Government Call-ups against the NESS DISO Standing Offers shall be made using the Invoicing Support Information System (ISIS) portal at http://isisportal.srv.gc.ca/. All requests for networking equipment contained in the NESS Standing Offer will be placed through the Invoicing Support Information System (ISIS). ISIS is a user-driven Web-based application, providing the GoC with easy access to a list of NESS Offerors, Original Equipment Manufacturer product sets, and volume-discounted prices.
